As Chair of the Board and founder of Equilitas Foundation, Ewald Pierre provides strategic direction for the organisation. He is committed to strengthening responsible governance and building partnerships that support sustainable, community-led initiatives.
Roel Folkersma
Secretary and Founder
Serving as Secretary of the Board, Roel Folkersma supports the foundation’s governance, documentation and organisational development. As a co-founder, he contributes to the long-term structure and vision of Equilitas Foundation.
Thijs Smit
Treasurer
Thijs Smit serves as Treasurer of the foundation and is responsible for financial governance and responsible financial management. He contributes to ensuring that the foundation operates with transparency and a clear accountability structure.
