The official statutes were established on 23 February 2026 before a notary in Vlaardingen, the Netherlands.
The official version is the Dutch notarial version.
The English version is provided for reference only and has no legal standing.
In case of any discrepancy, the Dutch notarial version shall prevail.
The Dutch version is available upon request.
Equilitas Foundation is an independent non-profit organisation.
The foundation operates as an intermediary organisation, facilitating cooperation between local and international partners.
It does not execute projects directly, but helps create the conditions for responsible and sustainable development.
